All of our fascinators, hats and headwear are one size that fits all. If you feel like you have an issue with any fascinator or hat size please contact us and we can make alterations to suit.

Each headpiece or hat is made to order which means we need to order materials which can take top to 2 weeks so you should give at least 3/4 weeks for your headpiece and up to 6 weeks during peak season (April - August)

If you do need a headpiece is a hurry please contact us before ordering and we can see if we are able to get it to you sooner.

We do ship Internationally, we use trusted services with a Track and Trace service to your chosen Country. Your Postage costs will be calculated when you check out.

All of our headwear is hand crafted to order in your choice of colours and combinations. All headbands and elastic bands are matched to your specific hair colour so your headpiece is made especially to meet all of your personal requirements.

We offer a full design and individual service to help you create your perfect fascinator, hat or headwear. If your looking for somethings completely unique we can help you design the that headpiece for you.

In most cases we will confirm all information and details with you before we order materials. If you require changes you may be limited once work has started but we will communicate with you fully to make sure you are getting the design you want.

Unfortunately because each headpiece is hand made to order we do not offer refunds on any of our headpieces once they have been made. We will however do whatever we can to deal with any issues that arise .

We are happy to make any alterations for you if required. Please note extensive alterations will require extra payment in some cases.
