PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Your product will be beautifully packaged and sent out with great care. Our occasion hats are delivered in a hat box and acid free tissue paper that you can then use for storage of your headpiece or Hat. We recommend storage inside the box for protection.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For international shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the courier company once the package has arrived in your country.

INSURANCE & CLAIMS

Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the studio the courier will take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier or posted.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All headpieces and hats are made to order and bespoke so we do not offer refunds or returns. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss before placing an order. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, after this time you will be unable to cancel. You agree to these terms and conditions when you place your order.

Colour matching is a service that we offer but please your fascinators may not be an exact match. We are only able to match your fascinator to the closest millinery materials available.

All Sale items are sold as seen and are Non Refundable.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you will be offered alterations. Alterations can be made after the first photos of your headpiece have been received or up to 7 days after you receive your headpiece. **

**Charges may apply for extensive alterations.

If you are required to return an item for alterations or an agreed return or replacement you are responsible for the safe return and all costs associated.

Alterations requested after a 28 Day period of purchase will be subject to a minimum bespoke alteration fee plus costs of new materials required.

PRODUCTION TIMINGS

Each Carrie Jenkinson product is made to the highest standards and this attention to detail takes a little time.

Items in our sale are ready for despatch. All other items unless stated follow the following timescales (excludes weekends). These are the estimated timings to create your headpiece, please then consult our delivery times :

All Hats and Headbands: 20-30 working days
